LEGOLAND®, opened in Winter Haven, Florida in 2011, offers families so many ways to spend time together and create lasting memories. The resort features an interactive, 150-acre theme park with more than 50 rides, shows and attractions inspired by popular LEGO® characters. Share the fun at LEGOLAND® park, rides, water park, shows and now Peppa Pig Theme Park, right next door (separate admission required). This is one destination you don’t want to miss.
Let’s start with accommodations. Make your child’s dream comes true by staying at one of three LEGOLAND® Hotels and get early access to the park. The LEGOLAND® Florida Resort Hotel is right inside the park and it looks like the whole thing was built out of LEGOS®. Pick the Ninjago-themed room where they’ll sleep like a ninja warrior. Enjoy great perks like free breakfast buffet daily, kids’ nightly entertainment, daily in-room scavenger hunt with LEGO® prizes, and lots more.

Or, check out the brand-new Pirate Island Hotel where your young’uns can pretend to be a swashbuckler and dream of adventure on the high seas. Offering free breakfast daily, in-room treasure hunt with daily LEGO® treasures, free creative workshops, and more.
The Beach Retreat overlooks a beautiful lake while giving you and your family a chance to relax. Enjoy the giant swimming pool, get free breakfast daily, transportation to LEGOLAND® Theme Park and Water Park, separate kid’s sleeping area in every room, and more.
Time to Play at LEGOLAND®
My recommendation is to head to the back of LEGOLAND® first before the line gets too long for the new Pirate River Quest. Here big and little captains navigate the waters with a rowdy pirate crew, brick by brick. This 25-minute boat ride meanders through the historic canals of the former Cypress Gardens amusement park. Watch the LEGO® pirates fight it out and recapture the lost treasure of Captain Redbeard on this family-friendly excursion.
What’s really cool is to walk around and look at all the famous U.S. landmarks built out of LEGOS®. The placard tells you how many pieces it took and how long it took to put together. Can you imagine the size of the instruction booklet?
Don’t miss the fun shows like Brickbeard’s Watersport Stunt Show right on the water, the 4-D Theatre Shows, LEGO® Ninjago World and more. Learn about the history of LEGOS® at the LEGOLAND® Story. Our favorite adult-oriented ride was the “Lost Kingdom Adventure” where you ride in little cars and try to score points with your built-in laser shooter. I was brave enough to ride the AQUAZONE Wave Racer as I dodged blasts of water. To be sure, there are thrilling roller coasters like The Dragon, The LEGO® Race, Coastersaurus, and Flying School.

LEGOLAND® Water Park – It’s a Blast!
Have a ball with lots of H20 fun on the Joker Soaker. Splash your way through the interactive play area, filled with slides, climbing areas, waterspouts and wading pool! Get a super splash from the giant 300-gallon bucket! Imagine, you can design and build your own unique LEGO vessel and then glide down the 1000-foot-long lazy river.
Jump in Muddy Puddles at Peppa Pig Theme Park
The first and only Peppa Pig Theme Park in the country is right here at LEGOLAND®. Designed for preschoolers and their families, the theme park offers rides, playgrounds, splash pads, character shows and more Peppa-themed fun for the whole family. Look for little brother George, Mummy Pig, and Daddy Pig to join in the fun, too. For kids that like to jump in “muddy puddles” like Peppa, this is the ultimate place to go. The park is also a certified autism center with each attraction having its own sensory guide. Designed with enhanced accessibility for certain rides and play areas for children in wheelchairs, everyone is welcome. Admission required for those two and older.

Start building happy memories for your family at LEGOLAND®.
