American Visionary Art Museum

OUR EXPERIENCE WHILE ON SET

With several buildings and an outdoor sculpture garden, AVAM is another place in Baltimore where you can spend an entire day exploring. The exhibits were so creative and we even got the chance to make some art of our own! While we were there, we learned that the exhibits are rotated so there is always something new to check out.

OUR ADDITIONAL TIP

Don’t worry about parking when coming to the American Visionary Art Museum, we got a tip that will help! If you’re driving to the location, there are a lot of parking spots available on Covington Street and Key Highway. For families that have loved ones with special needs, there are also handicapped accessible spots at the same intersection. If you want to spend a little extra money, there is also available an available Public Parking Lot at Rusty Scupper Restaurant on Key Highway.

NEED MORE IDEAS???

We did a lot of research for the show! Though we couldn’t visit every destination, we did want to show you what else we found.

Appreciate over 90,000 works of art at Baltimore Museum of Art. See famous pieces from famous artists like Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Paul Cezanne and Vincent van Gogh. The featured exhibitions will take you on a journey through centuries of art history, cones and contemporary art. If you and your loved ones are traveling to see a particular piece, call ahead to make sure it is viewable as the art is sometimes rotated.
