When you see the kids lined up at the door of the dining hall, keep your ears out for the breakfast, lunch and dinner bell! The doors will open as soon as the bell is rung and campers are invited to a catered buffet prepared by the Camp Brosius Chef, Larry!

Each meal offers a nice variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and a selection of side dishes and entree choices. Breakfast includes hot items such as eggs, sausage, bacon, and pancakes as well as cereal and breakfast pastries. Coffee, hot chocolate, milk and juice are always on hand. For early risers, coffee, fruit and pastries are available in the Sputh Round House as early as 7 a.m. Breakfast in the dining hall is served from 8 – 9 a.m.

Lunch and dinner always include a salad bar and may have themes such as Italian fare or classic American cuisine. All meals can be enjoyed outside in the fresh air at picnic tables or inside the dining hall. To polish off lunch and dinner, desserts including ice cream and cookies will be provided top off the meal. Tea, lemonade, water and punch are available at lunch and dinner.

Your mouths will be watering on Tuesday night when the Kiddie Cookout and Adult Dinner is served! The kids will enjoy a special treat of corndogs, fries, nuggets and veggies. After the kiddie cookout, the children can enjoy a hayride with fellow campers and counselors. Meanwhile, the adults will feast on a deluxe dinner of prime rib with all the fixins, including wine. The adult dinner is followed by a seminar provided by an Indiana University professor.

If you have any special food needs, please let Chef Larry know ahead of time and he will do his best to accommodate all dietary needs.
