Holiday Inn

OUR EXPERIENCE WHILE ON SET

The Holiday Inn we stayed at was conveniently located right off the highway and only minutes away from downtown Cheyenne and all the action of Cheyenne Frontier Days.  The breakfast buffet had so many choices and my kids loved all of the fresh fruit that was offered…and the best part is that the kids eat for free!  In the evening, I took the girls swimming in the hotel pool (let’s face it, every kid loves a hotel pool!) while the crew took advantage of the hotel bar area where they met some of the men who were competing in the rodeo!

OUR ADDITIONAL TIP

The Holiday Inn offers a couple of different packages to help you save some money, and frankly, who doesn’t like to save money?  If you are a member of the IHG® Rewards Club, you can get extra points which can be used toward free hotel stays, airline miles and even items.  By the way, it is free to be an IHG® Rewards Club member.  You can also save by booking special holiday packages, using your AAA card, or if you are a senior over 62 years old.

NEED MORE IDEAS???

We did a lot of research for the show! Though we couldn’t visit every destination, we did want to show you what else we found.

Another option for family friendly accommodations is a stay at Candlewood Suites. Enjoy free laundry facilities, a workout center and even borrow free DVDs from the hotel’s movie library. Each guest suite includes a full-service kitchen, which is great if your family wants to save some money. There is even an option to cookout in the Candlewood Gazebo. It’s almost a no brainer to stay in a hotel located minutes away from Cheyenne’s main attractions like the Wyoming State Capitol, Botanic Gardens and The Cheyenne Depot Museum.
