Albany Lodge – ATV Tour
OUR EXPERIENCE WHILE ON SET
Wyoming is just gorgeous and there are many ways you can get around to view the beautiful scenery, including hiking and biking. We had the opportunity to rent ATVs with a family visiting the area from Iowa. We took off road paths in the beautiful wide open space and saw a bear and even a moose! With the ATVs, we were able to travel farther than if we were on foot or even by bike. So if you are looking for an adventure with your family, you might really enjoy this alternative form of transportation!
OUR ADDITIONAL TIP
Sorry little ones, but you can’t operate an ATV unless you’re 16 years or older with a valid drivers license. You must be 18 years or older to rent on your own and must pay for the fuel used during the rental. You can rent the ATVs for a full day or a half day. Helmets are provided, so please wear them! In the winter time, guided snowmobile tours are also available.
NEED MORE IDEAS???
We did a lot of research for the show! Though we couldn’t visit every destination, we did want to show you what else we found.
From May through September, historic tours of downtown Cheyenne are offered several times a day. The tours include several stops such as the Depot Museum, the Wyoming State Museum and the Wyoming State Capitol Building just to name a few. A ghost tour is offered during Halloween time and a Christmas light tour is a favorite during the holidays.
